I have been painting oil paintings for many years,
I recently came across transparent watercolor and learned how good it is.
I want to express in pictures the impulses within me and the moments when my heart is shaken, and I am doing this through trial and error.
I also want to express the fragility and sadness that lies within beauty.
An Ending for a New Beginning
a study for a watercolor painting - I looked at photos of women in beautiful poses and drew them as practice.
POINT (56*38cm) - This is a scenery of an elegant alley in Kyoto. This is a pointy road that is popular as a social gathering spot for adults.
Fleeting dream (56*38cm) - I love lotus ponds and often draw pictures of lotuses and lotus ponds. I felt the ephemerality of the white flowers floating in the dim pond.
Buddy (56*38cm) - The two boats floating on Lake Biwa looked like companions who had been together for many years. I also felt they were good companions for the ship's pilot.
